Best Gluten Free product reference I've used!

My 3 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with Celiac and this book is one of the best items we've purchased to use as a reference. I just ordered a second one to give to my daycare provider and may end up ordering more for relatives.

I have used other guides, and this one is BY FAR the easiest to use.

I bought this guide a few months ago, and it's already dog eared and bent up from all the use I get out of it. Before I got it, I shopped the outside aisles of the grocery store, because I didn't trust anything I didn't make myself. Now, I am surprised to learn there are all sorts of things that are Gluten Free, that I can have. I just bought a store bought Classico brand spaghetti sauce because the book said they were safe. I keep it in my reusable grocery bags, and take it with me whenever I go grocery shopping. My shopping style has been completely changed by this book.

This shopping guide has helped us eliminate guesswork in the store and is especially invaluable when traveling and shopping in an unfamiliar store environment. I am planning to give this guide to the family members who would like to feed us when we visit, but really don't know what to be looking for.

This book is excellent. When I found out my daughter had Celiac Disease, I was so overwhelmed. Going into the grocery store made me feel like crying. It seems like everything has gluten in it and I was so afraid to make a mistake when reading the labels.
