Excellent book

If you or someone you know is wheat gluten intolerant, you need this book. It's amazing how many products have wheat gluten and you would never know.
This book makes it SO much easier to go shopping.

And they have a web site with changes to products that didn't make it into the book or where the recipe has changed since publication, so you can always get up to date information on all your favorite products.

This is the best purchase I have ever made. I was diagnosed with celiac disease in December and this book has helped me so much. I don't leave the house without it. In fact I had purchased a similar book but it does not compare.

This book is absolutly great. I marked all the food I like with differnt markers. So I know right away, that all pink marked food is trader joe's or all yellow marked food is stop and shop..... so it is really easy to find whatever you need!! It is the best book ever!!
