This shopping guide has helped us eliminate guesswork in the store and is especially invaluable when traveling and shopping in an unfamiliar store environment. I am planning to give this guide to the family members who would like to feed us when we visit, but really don't know what to be looking for.

This book was great. It was such an encouragement to read it and see all kinds of grocery items that you can buy at any grocery store. The prospect of eating gluten free was at first overwhelming but a book like this is a real help because it really emphasizes all the things you can eat! Very easy to use.
