This shopping guide has helped us eliminate guesswork in the store and is especially invaluable when traveling and shopping in an unfamiliar store environment. I am planning to give this guide to the family members who would like to feed us when we visit, but really don't know what to be looking for.

Best Gluten Free product reference I've used!

My 3 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with Celiac and this book is one of the best items we've purchased to use as a reference. I just ordered a second one to give to my daycare provider and may end up ordering more for relatives.

I have been diagnosed with Celiac about two years ago but have not been following the diet. Recently my 17 year old daughter has had the same Dx. Now I have to shop with the cell phone in my hand and call the 1-800 numbers on the back.
