It's a savior!

This book is excellent. When I found out my daughter had Celiac Disease, I was so overwhelmed. Going into the grocery store made me feel like crying. It seems like everything has gluten in it and I was so afraid to make a mistake when reading the labels.

This book is absolutly great. I marked all the food I like with differnt markers. So I know right away, that all pink marked food is trader joe's or all yellow marked food is stop and shop..... so it is really easy to find whatever you need!! It is the best book ever!!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for this excellent guide!!! I don't leave home without this great resource. I check this book before I purchase anything....and generally make a grocery list from this guide. It is easy to read, and arranged just like it should be....perfect size too!
