This shopping guide has helped us eliminate guesswork in the store and is especially invaluable when traveling and shopping in an unfamiliar store environment. If you or someone you know is wheat gluten intolerant, you need this book. It's amazing how many products have wheat gluten and you would never know.
This book makes it SO much easier to go shopping.
