This book helped tremendously unlike other books you can carry it around discreetly. I ordered the 2008 addition and passed my 1st edition on to my mom. |

I check this book before I purchase anything....and generally make a grocery list from this guide. It is easy to read, and arranged just like it should be....perfect size too! |
