Celiac.com Review 5.0 out of 5 stars by Stephanie Johnson Saturday 03 May, 2008 I have been diagnosed with Celiac about two years ago but have not been following the diet. Recently my 17 year old daughter has had the same Dx. Now I have to shop with the cell phone in my hand and call the 1-800 numbers on the back. Shopping took forever! Now I have this book and it is wonderful. Things are easy to look up quickly and easily. It has cut my shopping time in half. It is now easy for both of us to stick to the diet! thank you so much |

| Celiac.com Review 5.0 out of 5 stars by Sage Taylor-Bradley Sunday 09 March, 2008 I bought this guide a few months ago, and it's already dog eared and bent up from all the use I get out of it. Before I got it, I shopped the outside aisles of the grocery store, because I didn't trust anything I didn't make myself. Now, I am surprised to learn there are all sorts of things that are Gluten Free, that I can have. I just bought a store bought Classico brand spaghetti sauce because the book said they were safe. I keep it in my reusable grocery bags, and take it with me whenever I go grocery shopping. My shopping style has been completely changed by this book. |
