I just love this book! I'm so glad my husband surprised me with it. It used to take me forever to do my grocery shopping because of all the time reading ingredients on every item and it takes the guesswork out of the ones I wasn't sure about (Modified food starch, artificial and natural flavors, etc???)

I also don't have to spend as much now, because this book has the regular national brand names that you can find in your every day gorcery store, so it also keeps me from having to drive 45 minutes to get to the nearest health food market. - Lisa Simmons

I am new to the gluten free diet and bought this book after reading the reviews and love it. It has helped go shopping and know what I can get my daughter.

My toddler recently diagnosed with Celiac & I didn't know what to buy. This book has saved me and I don't leave home without it!!! Thank You so much!! This has made things so much better for us both & there are things I like too. This book is a Godsent!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for this excellent guide!!! I don't leave home without this great resource. I check this book before I purchase anything....and generally make a grocery list from this guide. It is easy to read, and arranged just like it should be....perfect size too!
