This is the gluten free shopper's bible! It lists thousands of foods by name brand and by major chain name. I have yet to find even one food listed in this book that does contain gluten.

It is a simple process - if this book doesn't list a certain brand of a particular food, avoid that brand of food.

I use this book before shopping to make out my shopping list. It eliminates reading dozens of boxes of food to determine if the food contains gluten.

If you are on a gluten free diet, I couldn't recommend any book other than this. There is nothing better.

I have been diagnosed with Celiac about two years ago but have not been following the diet. Recently my 17 year old daughter has had the same Dx. Now I have to shop with the cell phone in my hand and call the 1-800 numbers on the back.

This is a life-saver -- an absolute must-have for any Celiac! The lists make my choices easier and it is more cost efficient to buy "normal" products than those specifically labeled Gluten-Free.

Excellent Resource for Gluten Free Living

This wonderful guide takes the guessing out of shopping for gluten free foods. We take it with us on all of our grocery shopping trips. The guide is worth every penny in gold.
