This book is a life saver!! Gluten free food is expensive and I am not rich. Its nice to know what is out there in the grocery store that I can eat so I don't have to buy all my food online or at a store 2 hours away from my house.

And I don't have to read every detail of every label either. If you are on a gluten free diet this book is a must have.

This book is a God send for those that must eat gluten free, it makes grocery shopping much less painful.

This book is absolutly great. I marked all the food I like with differnt markers. So I know right away, that all pink marked food is trader joe's or all yellow marked food is stop and shop..... so it is really easy to find whatever you need!! It is the best book ever!!

I am a new celiac and I didnt have any idea what to buy. I got this book hopeing they sold stuff in my area, suprisingly it has tons of stuff that I already eat and that I like. I can buy mostly everything at wal-mart. I'm very glad I have this book! I would recommend anyone who needs to eat gluten free to get it, otherwise it would be quite difficult to shop.
