This book is a life saver!! Gluten free food is expensive and I am not rich. Its nice to know what is out there in the grocery store that I can eat so I don’t have to buy all my food online or at a store 2 hours away from my house.

And I don’t have to read every detail of every label either. If you are on a gluten free diet this book is a must have.
