This is a life-saver -- an absolute must-have for any Celiac! The lists make my choices easier and it is more cost efficient to buy "normal" products than those specifically labeled Gluten-Free.

I just love this book! I'm so glad my husband surprised me with it. It used to take me forever to do my grocery shopping because of all the time reading ingredients on every item and it takes the guesswork out of the ones I wasn't sure about (Modified food starch, artificial and natural flavors, etc???)

I am a new celiac and I didnt have any idea what to buy. I got this book hopeing they sold stuff in my area, suprisingly it has tons of stuff that I already eat and that I like. I can buy mostly everything at wal-mart. I'm very glad I have this book! I would recommend anyone who needs to eat gluten free to get it, otherwise it would be quite difficult to shop.

I can't rave enough about this book! I was diagnosed a year ago and thought I would never be able to follow my diet. This book helped tremendously unlike other books you can carry it around discreetly. I ordered the 2008 addition and passed my 1st edition on to my mom.
