This is the best purchase I have ever made. I was diagnosed with celiac disease in December and this book has helped me so much. I don't leave the house without it. In fact I had purchased a similar book but it does not compare.

Plus this book gives you updates through this website so you are always up to date. I will definitely be purchasing newer editiions. Keep up the good work. Now I wish they would come out with a book on vitamins, cosmetics, personal care, etc. Wishful thinking.

I am a new celiac and I didnt have any idea what to buy. I got this book hopeing they sold stuff in my area, suprisingly it has tons of stuff that I already eat and that I like. I can buy mostly everything at wal-mart. I'm very glad I have this book! I would recommend anyone who needs to eat gluten free to get it, otherwise it would be quite difficult to shop.

This book is absolutly great. I marked all the food I like with differnt markers. So I know right away, that all pink marked food is trader joe's or all yellow marked food is stop and shop..... so it is really easy to find whatever you need!! It is the best book ever!!

It's a savior!

This book is excellent. When I found out my daughter had Celiac Disease, I was so overwhelmed. Going into the grocery store made me feel like crying. It seems like everything has gluten in it and I was so afraid to make a mistake when reading the labels.
